Dr. Xiaoguang “Leo” Liu received his B.S. degree from Zhejiang University, China in 2004 and his Ph.D. degree from Purdue University in 2010. He was a post-doctoral researcher at Purdue University before joining UC Davis. He has extensive experience with RF-MEMS design, fabrication and characterization. He has published over 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. As a student, he was awarded the graduate research fellowship from IEEE Antenna and Propagation Society in 2009.
